Steel building structures
This is one of our core competencies. Based on our experience with large enterprises such as Changan and Weichai, we specialize in the construction of heavy steel frames for buildings with long spans and high loads. From single-span (portal) frames to multi-story steel frame structures, we not only ensure that the stringent load-bearing requirements of large equipment (such as stamping lines and general assembly) are met, but also that they are fully compatible with complex industrial piping and crane girder systems.
GVU valve block
Designed for heavy-duty power applications, the GVU valve block is precision cast from high-strength alloy steel. The surface of the block undergoes a special anti-corrosion treatment, which ensures structural stability and tightness even at temperatures down to -50 °C.
Oil pan
This oil pan is manufactured using solid stamping technology with uniform wall thickness and strong welds, which effectively prevents oil leakage and vibration fatigue damage. Specially designed for use in low temperature environments using steel that is resistant to cold brittle fracture. The lower part is reinforced with stiffening ribs, increasing impact strength.
