Our façade system is designed taking into account the harsh Russian realities. A durable "steel load-bearing frame" made of galvanized steel provides maximum resistance to wind loads (class 4) and guarantees the building's seismic safety.
The technology is based on innovative fiberglass composite profiles. Modular elements are manufactured at the factory and assembled on site with bolts, which significantly speeds up installation. The special profile design combines the strength of steel with the low thermal conductivity of plastic. The heat transfer coefficient (K) reaches a record low value of 1.0 W/(m²·K), completely eliminating freezing and condensation. This solution provides energy efficiency levels comparable to passive houses.

GVU valve block

Stainless steel water pipes

Engine base
This engine base, which serves as the foundation of the entire power plant, is made using thick sheet welding technology. The design has high rigidity and effectively absorbs and distributes vibration energy during operation. The lower part has adjustable holes for anchor bolts, which allows you to compensate for surface unevenness. The top has standard mounting interfaces compatible with major motor types.
Oil pan
This oil pan is manufactured using solid stamping technology with uniform wall thickness and strong welds, which effectively prevents oil leakage and vibration fatigue damage. Specially designed for use in low temperature environments using steel that is resistant to cold brittle fracture. The lower part is reinforced with stiffening ribs, increasing impact strength.
Modular windows and doors made of colored steel 120 series
Specially developed for “gold” and “silver” green buildings. High air permeability (class I–II) and water resistance (class III) help buildings easily pass environmental certification according to GOST standards, setting new trends in energy saving in Russian construction.

Fencing
This fencing system has a double anti-corrosion coating: hot-dip galvanizing + powder painting. Fences can be used for a long time in conditions of coastal salt fog or industrial pollution without fading or peeling. The distance between the posts and the height of the horizontal handrails strictly comply with GOST safety requirements. The design is anti-climbing, effectively preventing accidental falls.
Steel bed
This steel bed is welded from cold-rolled square tubes. The design is stable, does not make creaks, and can withstand loads of up to 300 kg or more. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying - the coating has high adhesion, wear resistance and scratch resistance, does not peel off or rust even in conditions of high humidity or low temperatures.

Brackets
This series of brackets is made according to a modular principle, which ensures quick installation and flexible adjustment. The brackets are suitable for fixing various industrial equipment. The main material is high-strength Q345B steel, the load-bearing capacity significantly exceeds industry standards. The thickness of the zinc coating is at least 80 microns, which guarantees protection against corrosion caused by deicing agents in Siberian winter conditions.

On the outside there is an indestructible steel sheet with a polymer coating, on the inside there is a warm and pleasant-looking multi-chamber PVC profile, and between them there is a highly effective polyurethane layer that reliably breaks cold bridges. The strength of steel and the thermal insulation of plastic are ideally combined, completely solving the problems of condensation and frost heaving.
